We are excited to share with you some of the many ways we have seen God move here, at Foundations for Hope, this month.
To begin, our team is growing! We are happy to introduce our newest F4H East Africa, team member, Stephen Mukongolo. Stephen will serve as our Discipleship Coordinator, overseeing the launch and implementation of the Discipleship Program, within each village and church that we serve. Stephen will also oversee the training of leadership within this program; and serve as Chaplin for our F4H East Africa Team. Stephen joins us with extensive service in the areas of discipleship training, leadership mentoring, and Bible teaching. His achievements, education, and experience, will be an answer to prayer. Please join us in praying for Stephen, his wife Catherine, and his four sons, Allan, Peter, Lloyd, and Jayson, as they answer the call to serve the Lord, in this new role. We know the Lord has great things planned through Stephen, and the Discipleship Program.
Agape Fellowship- East Africa
This month, our team arrived in Katalisha, Kenya, to begin discipleship groups, and dig the newest fresh water well. We are happy to report, that the teams have struck water, and lives are already being impacted!
We want to thank our church partner, Life in Christ Church, in Marion, Kentucky, for helping make this possible. Life in Christ Church, partnered with Foundations for Hope, to sponsor this village, providing the well currently being constructed, a church for the village, a pastor house, and temporary pastor care. Life in Christ Church, will also provide funding for the medicine used for the medical mission part of the trip, which they will join us on in February. Together, we will serve the people in Katalisha, by completing construction on the new pastor’s house, assisting with medical care, participating in evangelism, and dedicating the new church and well to the community. We are grateful to LIfe in Christ Church, for their dedication to advancing the Gospel, and the servant’s heart that is changing eternity, for so many.

Foundations for Hope 5K
The Second Annual Foundations for Hope 5K, was a huge success. This year, 271 runners, countless volunteers, generous sponsors, and donors, all offered their time, talents, and resources, to change lives and impact eternity! Through this effort, eight new villages in East Africa, will have access to the life-changing resource of clean water, and thousands will hear the Gospel. We give all glory to God, for taking these efforts and multiplying them into something amazing.
