This month has been filled with incredible opportunities to see God move through Foundations for Hope. From ministry in the field to equipping leaders and preparing our communities for upcoming events, we are continually reminded that every act of service, every prayer, and every opportunity to give is an investment in advancing the Gospel.
Mission in Marichorr
Our F4H team and many of our board members have spent this past week in Africa, faithfully serving alongside our partners and ministering in Marichorr. As they prepare to return home tomorrow, we invite you to continue praying over all that God has done and will continue to do through this ministry.
Please pray for the encounters that took place, those who made the decision to follow Christ, and the new church that has been established in the community. Pray that this church will faithfully steward what God has entrusted to them and continue to love, serve, disciple, and reach the people of Marichorr for generations to come.

Equipping and Empowering Leaders
Earlier this month, the Agape Leadership Summit brought leaders together from across Kenya for a meaningful time of encouragement, teaching, fellowship, and spiritual growth. Throughout the summit, leaders were taught and reminded of the calling found in Matthew 28:18–20, where Jesus commissions His followers to go and make disciples of all nations. We believe lasting transformation happens when local leaders are empowered and equipped to faithfully lead their churches and communities. Through opportunities like the Leadership Summit, wisdom is invested in leaders who will continue carrying the Gospel forward, discipling others, strengthening the local church, and raising up the next generation of Christian leaders. What begins with one equipped leader can multiply through an entire community, and we are grateful for the opportunity to be part of that work and to see the Great Commission carried forward across East Africa!

The 5Ks Are Coming!
As we look ahead, our Lexington and Trussville 5Ks are right around the corner, and we would love for you to join us! The Kentucky 5K will take place October 3rd at Cold Stream Dog Park, followed by the Trussville 5K on October 31st in the Trussville Entertainment District. This year, the Trussville event will also include a Kids 1-Mile Fun Run, making it a wonderful opportunity for the entire family to come together, get involved, and support the mission of Foundations for Hope. Whether you run, walk, volunteer, sponsor, or simply come cheer everyone on, there is a place for you. These events are more than a race—they are an opportunity for our communities to come together and make an impact for the Gospel. Come join us and be part of the impact!

Blessings,
F4H Team
