The US Team, from Jesus Harvesters Ministries, has returned from Ndalani, Kenya. During their time in Kenya, 1,966 people were attended to through a five-day medical mission, and we celebrate with all of heaven as we report 410 people received Christ as their Lord and Savior! During the week, the newest church was also launched and dedicated to the community. We believe this place will forever be changed to the glory of our God.
We want to thank every member of the US Team from Jesus Harvesters Ministries, the work of the missioners from Agape Fellowship Center, and the Foundations for Hope East Africa Team, for using their time and talents to be the hands and feet of Jesus, to the people of Ndalani.
Jesus Harvesters Agape Bible College
We look forward to welcoming our first class of pastors, this May, at the newly completed JHA Bible College Campus. This campus is one of three locations planned to equip Christian Leaders for their calling. Each campus location will be strategically located to serve our areas of mission focus.
As we celebrate the completion of this first campus, we are excited to announce that land has been acquired for the second Agape Fellowship Bible College. The Southeastern Campus is the next step in our calling to equip pastors to enter the harvest field and serve communities across East Africa. Drilling began last month on the property, and we are thrilled to report to you that water has been struck.
This is an exciting time, with exciting work to be done, and you can be part of what God is doing to equip Christian Leaders. We would first ask that you pray, knowing that He is a Good Father, Who hears our prayers, and is a faithful to answer. We also have opportunities for you to get involved through giving.
As pastor’s begin class in May, scholarships are still needed. A full pastor scholarship is $2000 and provides education, nutrition, housing, and books for a year. One time donations can be made for all, or part, of a scholarship. There is also an option to become a monthly donor, with a reoccurring donation in any amount you choose.
As we look forward to the second Bible College Campus, the opportunity to donate in the area of campus construction is also available. For more information, or to give, please visit our website below:
Last, but certainly not least, as we look forward to the first class of pastors and celebrate God’s provision in the acquisition of land for the second Bible College, we are pleased to welcome Reverend and Doctor Titus Makusi, as Vice Chancellor of the Jesus Harvesters Agape Bible College.
Dr. Titus joins us with extensive experience and expertise in education and theology, obtaining a Bachelor of Theology and a Master of Divinity in Theology, from Africa International University. Dr. Titus, then completed his PhD in Systematic Theology, at North-West University, and received a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education, and a Master of Arts Education, from Presbyterian University.
Dr. Titus has educated and led students and faculty at learning institutions, ranging from Secondary Institutions to Universities, for 20 years. Dr. Titus has expressed both his heart for serving and expanding God’s Kingdom, as well as his excitement for what he believes can be accomplished through the JHA Bible College. Dr Titus wrote, “I’m so thankful to God for the opportunity to serve as the Vice Chancellor of Jesus Harvesters Agape Bible College. I foresee a great institution committed to prepare God’s servants to greater works of the kingdom with integrity to both theory and practice”.
We could not agree more, and look forward to this new year and exciting season with our partners in East Africa. We give God all the glory as He continues to provide for the work He has called us to. Until next month, we pray for His presence in our work and in each of your lives.
Blessings,
F4H Team
