We pray you had a wonderful Thanksgiving filled with rest, family, and the goodness of the Lord. As we move through this season of gratitude, our hearts are overflowing with thankfulness for you. Each of you plays a vital role in the mission God has called us to, and we are so grateful for your prayers, support, and partnership.
Kawala Borehole Drilling
This past weekend, we witnessed the goodness and faithfulness of God in East Africa. Early Saturday morning, drilling began on a new borehole, and the team worked faithfully throughout the day. Drilling continued smoothly until they reached the full depth of 200 meters! The community is expected to receive a substantial supply of clean water once the borehole is fully tested and equipped. Meetings were held with the Water User Committee to discuss stewardship and next steps, and the area chief visited the site to encourage community involvement. Completion is near, and God’s faithfulness is evident!
Giving Tuesday
As Giving Tuesday approaches, we invite you to continue being part of the story God is writing in East Africa. Through your generosity, families gain access to clean water, discipleship efforts deepen, and hope is restored in places where it is desperately needed. This is long-term, generational work, and we are grateful to witness its impact every single day. “You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion.” — 2 Corinthians 9:11
That impact was especially evident recently as a remarkable group of leaders came together for a discipleship training. These men and women arrived eager to learn, serve, and strengthen the movement of reaching the unreached. Our team shared how this gathering laid a strong foundation for the work ahead, equipping leaders who will carry the light of Christ into their communities with wisdom, courage, and love.
We are grateful to God for raising up these leaders and establishing firm foundations of hope across East Africa. The seeds planted during this training will grow into a lasting harvest for the Kingdom. Thank you for praying, giving, and believing with us. The story God is writing through Foundations for Hope would not be possible without you!
