Our Four Strategic Pillars

Our four strategic pillars of service provide the ability to replicate, scale, and sustain the mission of advancing the Gospel.

Equipping Christian Leaders

“The church is not prepared or equipped for this great movement.”

Equipping Christian Leaders

Foundations for Hope believes the local Christian Church is God’s chosen vessel to spread the Gospel throughout the world.

Africa is home to the world’s largest Christian movement:
- 1.3 billion people total
- 400 million who have not yet heard the name of Jesus

In response to this great need, Foundations for Hope has partnered with Agape Fellowship Center to build Pastor Training Facilities across East Africa.

Our mission is to provide biblical education that equips pastors and Christian leaders to fulfill the Great Commission—spreading the Gospel and sharing the love and hope of Jesus Christ.

Expanding Jesus Harvesters Bible College

As part of our East Africa Church Planting Program, we are expanding Jesus Harvesters Bible College with the addition of a Southern Campus. This new campus will strengthen our focus on training and developing local church leadership, creating a generational investment in God’s work across Africa. Each training center will: equip and graduate dozens of pastors each year and serve as an ongoing resource for alumni through mentorship and continued education

Total Project Expenses: $1,000,000

Focused on teaching, coaching, mentoring, observing, and certifying those who qualify

Training facility that will provide short-term housing, reference library, and multiple digital resources

Empowering the Local Church

We believe that the local church is best positioned to minister to their communities in relevant and meaningful ways, and our role is to help provide leadership and resources to meet their needs.

Empower the Local Church

Foundations for Hope believes that starting new churches is one of the best ways to share the love of Jesus.

Local churches help people:
- Learn God’s Word
- Grow as disciples
- Build strong, lasting Christian communities

While church planting is our main focus, we also support local leaders in other ways as they share challenges and opportunities in their areas.

Church Planting in East Africa

Partnering with Agape Fellowship Center to plant new churches across East Africa in 2025. Our goal: Empower local leaders to reach their people so the Gospel spreads and new believers grow in faith. Each church plant will include: 3 site surveys, land purchase, chapel construction, pastor’s home, 100 Bibles, 100 chairs, sound system.

Total Project Expenses: $140,000

Strategically placed locations addressing the travel challenges of new believers while granting an audience with those who have not yet come to faith

Construction plans that facilitate greater community interaction and opportunity for continued growth

Providing Critical Resources

Access to clean water is vital to the wellness of any community, and developing clean water wells is at the heart of our desire to meet both the spiritual and physical needs of those we serve.

Provide Critical Resources

- 785 million people lack access to basic drinking water.
- 144 million rely on unsafe surface water.
- 2 billion people use water contaminated with feces.

Contaminated water causes diseases like diarrhea, cholera, dysentery, typhoid, and polio.

In developing countries:
- 22% of healthcare facilities have no water service.
- 21% have no sanitation.
- 22% lack waste management.

2025 Kenyan Clean Water Wells

Foundations for Hope is providing clean water wells across Kenya. Most families cannot afford clean water, and local sources are contaminated and unsafe. Clean water will: protect families from preventable diseases and strengthen the witness of the local church.

Total Project Expenses: $85,000

Investing In Individuals

We believe each individual is valuable to God and created with a unique purpose. For this reason, we work to invest in each person within the communities we serve.

At Foundations for Hope, we focus on the areas of discipleship, health, education, and sanitation to strengthen the individual.

By using a focused discipleship plan, which includes a scalable volunteer ministry, our goal is to help each person understand their value and role within God’s Kingdom.

In addition to investing in the spiritual health of those we serve, as we enter a village, we will provide medical attention while implementing an education and sanitation plan.

2025 Discipleship and Wellness Projects

Each village we enter will have a trained Discipleship Coordinator enter and launch a structured discipleship education program. This program is designed to have an impact within a village setting, be scaled, and replicated. In addition to the discipleship efforts, the coordinator will teach health and wellness practices, while assisting the community in changes to ensure best health practices.

Total Project Expenses: $38,000

Focused on launching a structured discipleship education program in each village we enter.

In addition to discipleship, teaching health and wellness practices to ensure better health in the communities
